ABOUT ESTELLE ABBAS

I am a medical scientist and clinical researcher, and have studied and practised various forms of complementary medicine for over twenty years. I have dedicated myself to developing treatments which combine complementary medicine with Western scientific knowledge. I am a registered doctor of Chinese Medicine (RMIT), have a diploma in Shiatsu therapy and I am a Fellow of the Australian Natural Therapists Association.

My philosopy
I call my treatments ‘whole body’ treatments for I believe it is very important to treat all aspects of the self, i.e. the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, as illness is usually rooted in one or more of these layers.
I use Shiatsu, Acupuncture, Chinese herbs to clear imbalances and blocked energies in the physical and emotional bodies. I also use Bachflower remedies to clear emotional turmoil in the body.
To support the mental body I can show you the tools that you can use to explore your consciousness. You can find out the beliefs and attitudes that prevent you from getting well.

To heal the wounds in the spiritual body I use the universal healing energies of Reiki to cut through the layers of fear, to clear the aura, balance the chakras, which enables you to find the place of true peace within. This brings clarity and meaning to your life.
